The primary focus of DockSide is on Internet Relay Chat! Their server is available at irc.dockside.org. If you are using a chat client like Mirc just type in /server irc.dockside.org or you can use their new web based Java Chat Applet.

In addition to the new java chat, they now have a web based message board with various topics of discussion.

The Oper School offers a humorous look at Irc Operators and what they do. It also takes some of the mystique out of this invisible world of ircops as well as describing how it all works.
